We have 5 people here... 3 adults, 2 children. WHY do we have 23 pairs of gloves, 16 toques, 10 scarves, ect???? I mean, I know things get lost over the winter, but some of this stuff was never touched the whole season!!!

This Shopaholic series kinda sucks. I thought it would be super exciting since it's got so many books in it. The main character just pisses me off.

I spent the day cleaning my kitchen/school room. Yet my desk looks like a bomb went off *sigh*

This thing with Japan really sucks. They just can't get a break! Like was the original earthquake really 5 days ago??? With all the stuff happening since it's like a never ending nightmare :(

Looking into Brianna having Sensory Processing Disorder. Would explain a LOT.

Bought some Quinoa. It's supposed to be really healthy and versatile. Not sure what I'm gonna do with it yet, but at least it's in the house!

Why do children think smashing things is funny. I mean, the stuff ends up in the garbage afterwards once it's smashed to smithereens. What so funny about losing your toys???

My almost 20 mth old eavesdrops. If I'm on the phone, she wants her ear on the other side. If I'm texting, she wants to see what I'm typing. She barely understands English, let alone reads it!

I am in love with the laminating and binding service at Staples (an office supply store). They make such pretty little books. All neat and together for my OCD tendencies.

Why is it that I live in a small house with 3 adults and 2 children, I cook most of the meals, do most of the cleaning yet I'm the only one who gets the cold. I mean, no I'm not hacking in dinner, but you'd think with all the food/household handling I do everyday that enough of my germs would be spread around that I'd be sharing the wealth of this lovely cold.

How hard is it to take 10 minutes and make a phone call? My tax return is apparently "in suspension" with the tax place's head office. Dude at the store says he has to call to find out. I called back an hour later, he never made the call... "I'll call you back as soon as I can ma'am." 4 hours later.....

I've been doing a Day In The Life type of post on my homeschooling blog today... I'm boring lol

I wonder how many birthdays would be remembered if facebook didn't tell you when they were....

I am a total comfort food lover. Going through my recipes to try to menu plan is killing my diet all on it's own. For every 1 healthy recipe I have, I have 9,836 comfort food ones. *sigh*

My birthday is Friday. I actually forgot how old I am. I was telling my mom that I was gonna be 30 next year. Wait a minute... I'm only 27!

I seem to be afraid of laminating with contact paper. You lay the contact paper down, sticky side up. Then you *perfectly* apply your paper. THEN you've got to *perfectly* seal it all up. Yup, it's still sitting in it's factory wrapping, like it has been for the last 2 weeks.

Random Tuesdays

Found a new thing to do in the blogging world. Random Tuesdays. Let's see if I can manage to do it right (since there's a link-type-a-thing to go along with it and all)....





I am soooo glad I write out our curriculum plans in pencil. I change crap so often I would have gone through about a gallon on white-out by now (though I have gone through countless erasers for my mechanical pencils).

Blogger is pissing me off lately (or it could be my computer). I go to hit enter twice to go to the next paragraph and it just sits there. If I hit the down button it goes right to where I want it, but otherwise, just sits there.

I've discovered that working out to my MP3 player is so much more effective than watching tv. I don't know why I ever though that I (the non tv watcher) would ever want to work out while watching tv.

Never judge a book by it's cover is pretty accurate. I judged my last 52 Books in 52 Weeks book would be great by it's cover and I was wrong.

I'm almost worried I won't remember to take pics now. After being without my camera for almost 2 mths and having to skimp on taking pictures (due to memory space) since October, I almost always forget that I CAN now!
